DO I HAVE TO LIVE NEAR YOUR LOCATION TO DO ONE-ON-ONE COACHING?

Absolutely not! The beauty of my coaching services is that you can take part no matter where you live. Our live sessions willbe conducted remotely via phone or video call, whichever you’re most comfortable with. They can be scheduled at a time thatworks for you.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW YOUR HORMONAL AND FERTILITY METHODS UNTIL I SEE RESULTS?

Every woman’s body is different. As a general rule, you can expect to see some improvements within about 3 months. However, some women may notice changes in as little as 1 month or in as long as 6 to 8 months. It all depends on adherence to my program and how much healing your body needs to do.

HOW DOES YOUR METHOD WORK?

The program starts with deepening your understanding of how your internal environment is impacted by your daily decisions and lifestyle. Whether you work with me one-on-one or learn at your own pace, we will systematically transform your day-to-day routines to reduce inflammation, manage stress, regulate insulin, purge your body of toxins and balance your hormones. All of this serves to revitalize your ovaries and restore equilibrium to your entire being. Within this transformation, you will create a space for your baby to thrive.

WHAT IF I NEED ACUPUNCTURE SERVICES, BUT I DON’T LIVE NEAR A CLINIC?

Not to worry! Through my network, I’ll do my best to connect you with a skilled and thoughtful practitioner in your local area.

WHAT IS THE COMMITMENT LEVEL INVOLVED? HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO CHANGEMY LIFESTYLE?

Expect to be 80-90% “all in” with my method, leaving about 10 to 20% for flexibility (we’re all human, after all). Don’t approach this change like you would a quick-fix diet plan. Rather, look at it as your new lifestyle. When you realize how good it feels to have healthy, balanced hormones, you’ll never look back! The changes you see in yourself, physically and mentally, will inspire you to keep going.

WHAT FOODS SHOULD I EAT OR AVOID WHILE I’M FOLLOWING YOUR PROGRAM

Eating the right foods while you’re implementing my methods can go a long way in enhancing your results. I give you the knowledge and tools to make nourishing dietary choices that align with the various phases of your cycle. That doesn’t mean you have to give up all your favorite foods. Moderation is key, and you’ll have plenty of tasty alternatives to foods that aren’t serving your fertility or hormonal health.

WHAT SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD I TAKE?

Although supplements and herbs are natural substances, they can have adverse effects when taken incorrectly. Working alongside you, I’ll assess your whole health picture and goals and prescribe an herb and supplement regimen tailored to your specific needs. If you’re not doing one-on-one sessions, you can find specific directions and dosages for your “condition” through my video library. That said, it’s still much more effective to have a regimen designed just for you.

DO HERBS TASTE BAD?

In all honesty, some of them do! Fortunately, there are a variety of ways to consume herbs, so you have choices. Herbs come in tea, tincture, powder and pill forms.

DO HERBS OR VITAMINS HAVE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?

Occasionally, you may experience fluorescent-colored urine, mild nausea, gas, constipation and other side effects. I’ll tell you in advance which supplements could have this effect and advise you on how to adjust the dosage or timing to alleviate it. More often than not, you'll notice a positive change in your wellbeing after starting a supplement or herbal regimen designed just for you.
